For thirty years, we have been the team that drives the first pile.
Since 1995, our company has carried out its work with professional teams. In 2011 we secured a share of the construction market in Iraq, and we have since put our name to hundreds of prestigious projects worldwide.
As a close follower of — and a pioneer in — the developments of its sector, the company fundamentally restructured its management in 2012 and, despite the crisis across Europe, capitalised well on emerging opportunities, continuing to maintain a significant share of its business in European markets.
While the majority of our investments and business development remain focused on Türkiye, we also serve clients across Africa and the Middle East. We sincerely thank all of our clients, partners and employees who have brought us to this point.

Berke İnşaat is founded in Türkiye; Side Kum Hotel becomes the first large-scale delivery.
- 2001Entry into water & infrastructure
The İzmit Kullar Wastewater Treatment Plant lays the foundation for decades of wastewater expertise.
- 2006The Gulf & Central Asia
First major works beyond the home region: Palm Jumeirah Shoreline Apartments (Dubai) and Alatu Mall (Astana).
- 2011The Iraqi market
With the Dokan Water Treatment Plant we complete our first water infrastructure project in Iraq; regional investment accelerates.
- 2013Erbil — Qandeel & Ifraz 2
Qandeel Salahaddin Water Treatment Plant and the Ifraz 2 transmission line — critical links in Erbil's water infrastructure go live.
- 2019Al Samawa & Istanbul Airport
In the same year, the Al Samawa Unified Water Treatment Plant in Iraq and the Istanbul New Airport treatment plant are handed over.
- 2023The Saudi portfolio
Misk Schools Campus and Amaala Triple Bay Marina — deliveries along the Riyadh and Red Sea corridor.

Ongoing wastewater projects in Rize (Türkiye), Niš (Serbia) and Mosul — a multinational team focused on water & infrastructure.
